Incredible large antique mother of pearl button in white/off white carved with a paneled square with a smaller carved button set in the center. Brilliant 1.7 mm diamond is set in the center. Bezel set in fine silver with reticulated silver back plate with deep natural texture. Pin back to wear as a brooch or use the loop to wear on a chain.
